Most tech-savvy nations (Part 2): Rapid adopters

RockyIBM has a nice study on their site that mentions an E-readiness Ranking of the world’s largest economies, prepared annually by the Economist Intelligence Unit.

When they say "E-readiness", they mean "how amenable a national market is to Internet-based opportunities". Countries are divided into three tiers:

  1. Established Leaders
  2. Rapid Adopters
  3. Late Adopters

Last post we listed the top twenty nations in the world, the Established Leaders. Today we'll see who the Tier-2 countries are...

Rapid Adopters

These are the nations that have made rapid progress in recent years and are beginning to challenge the Established Leaders.

28. Slovenia

30. UAE
31. Chile
32. Czech Republic
